This past weekend, we took a few clients on a drive to the holiday house to show them around. You see, we have news… Gellibrand Support Services recently bought a holiday house in Ballarat!
Renovations are underway to create a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and kitchen. Once it is completed, it will be available as a holiday house for Gellibrand clients, respite, and as an Airbnb. The house sleeps 7 comfortably, has a wood fire, 6 acres of bushland to explore, and is an easy drive to Smythesdale and Ballarat. At 150km from Melbourne, Ballarat is a lovely spot for a getaway.
We took a ride in our new Gator Utility Vehicle, a small four-wheel farm vehicle for getting around the property and it was an absolute hit!
