Ballarat Community Fest 2023 

Ballarat Community Fest 2023 is an event collaborating disability providers, local businesses, and the community to come together and Celebrate all Abilities. One of the event’s aims is to bring broader exposure to the services available for people with disabilities, accessible businesses, and public amenities in the greater Ballarat region. We are also hoping to shed light on the job opportunities that the disability industry offers and how to enter the field to make someone else’s day a bit better.

Gellibrand Support Services, a not-for-profit organisation, has supported people with disabilities for more than 40 years. With support from the Ballarat City Council and local and regional businesses, the whole-day event is full of fun activities, information sessions, and networking that is enjoyable for both kids and adults. Some of the day’s highlights would be the free-to-enter petting zoo, jumping castle, face painting, photo booth, drumming lessons, and many information sessions addressed by the industry leaders.

Ballarat Community Fest 2023 is held at the beautiful heritage-listed building The Goods Shed and outdoors on Saturday 18th of February 2023, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We hope to see you there to connect with local businesses and enjoy the wonders that a community can bring together.
